ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Texas Rangers have recalled outfielder Michael Choice from Round Rock and optioned left-hander Alex Claudio to the Triple-A team.
With the moves before Wednesday's game against Oakland, the Rangers had an extra bench player with outfielder Shin-Soo Choo still improving from back spasms and utility player Adam Rosales feeling ill.
