HOUSTON -- Rangers general manager Jon Daniels admitted the one thing he could have done better this offseason was put together a stronger bullpen. The Rangers were counting on a number of young arms to have an impact out of the bullpen, but that hasn't happened.
"We didn't spend much on the bullpen, and that was by design and by function of what we spent in the past. The decisions I made in the past," Daniels said. "We were relying on young arms stepping up bigger, but the bullpen has been hit and miss. That is one area I look at where I could have done a better job of providing some weapons.
