FRISCO -- A lot has gone wrong already for the Rangers in this, the dreariest of springs, and it all started with a broken bone in Delino DeShields' left wrist.
How does that make him feel?
"Like crap," he said, smiling.
Only two games into the season, DeShields cracked the curious little hamate hook while swinging a bat, which is apparently easier than it sounds. Players of all types and sizes do it. Even magnificent Giancarlo Stanton, who's made of marble. Anyway, DeShields didn't think too much about it until he woke up the next morning, and he couldn't close his hand.
