Matt Swartz developed a model for projecting arbitration salaries, and every year at the end of the regular season MLB Trade Rumors puts all the projected arbitration salaries for the coming year up in a post.
The projected 2022 arbitration salaries for all of MLB are now up, and that, of course, includes the Rangers seven arb-eligible guys.
The only significant arbitration case, dollars-wise, is Isiah Kiner-Falefa, who is projected to get $4.9 million for 2022 in his next-to-last season of arbitration eligibility. IKF could theoretically be traded, but if he’s not traded he will be in Texas in 2022, for a relatively low salary.
