SURPRISE, Ariz. - When the Rangers convened for spring training a month ago, there were a ton of questions about the pitching staff from the size of the rotation to roles in the bullpen.
If anything, a month in the windy desert has only kicked up more dust and blurred the picture.
As the Rangers head into their final 10 days in Arizona, they still haven't settled on whether they will go with a five-man rotation or some variation that will give most pitchers an extra day of rest. The only decision they have made on the rotation is that Matt Bush won't be part of it.
