Tis the season of top 100 prospect lists, and there are two new ones that have dropped the past few days — MLB Pipeline and Keith Law. And while they have been included in the morning links posts, I figure it is worth doing a separate post on them, particularly the KLaw list.
As we have come to expect, Pipeline has three Texas Rangers prospects in the top 100 — in the top 50, actually. Sebastian Walcott is the highest ranked Ranger, coming in at #17 (or #16 if you choose to ignore Roki Sasaki), between Noah Schultz of the White Sox and Leodalis De Vries of the Padres.
