Kyle Blanks done for the year, will have foot surgery

The Rangers have announced that Kyle Blanks will undergo foot surgery which will sideline him for the remainder of the year

Texas Rangers first baseman Kyle Blanks will undergo surgery tomorrow on his right foot, and in 4-6 weeks on his left foot, per Jeff Wilson on Twitter.

Blanks has missed most of this season because of Achilles issues that slowed him at the end of 2014. He is currently on the 60 day disabled list.
