Josh Jung homers in first pro AB

Josh Jung made his professional debut for the AZL Rangers today, and in his first pro at bat he crushed a home run. He followed that up with a pair of singles and then a line out before being lifted from the game. Alexander Ovalles, who went 2 for 4 to raise his average to .377, was also lifted early, so maybe they had to both catch a flight to Spokane.

Brady Fiegl pitched a scoreless inning in a rehab outing as his works his way back from the injured list. 2018 draftee Destin Dotson threw 4 scoreless, allowing 3 hits, 1 walk and 5 Ks, and now has thrown 13.
