Rangers catcher and #13 prospect Jose Trevino hit the disabled list on April 29th with a strained quad and missed the next 11 games. Knowing now that it was a minor injury, it may have come at a not-too-terrible time. Trevino had really been grappling through the first three weeks of the season and seemed like he could use some time just to get his bearings.
He returned to the lineup last night hitting in the 3-hole for the RoughRiders promptly homered in his first at bat to give the RoughRiders an early lead.
