Jack Leiter has been a topic of much, much discussion among fans of the Texas Rangers since...well, I was going to say since he was drafted by the Rangers a little over three years ago, but it really pre-dates that, as there was talk about him as a potential Rangers draft pick from basically the time it became known the Rangers would be picking second overall in the 2021 MLB Draft. Expectations have been high from the start for Leiter, and to date, he has not met those expectations, although there has been significant improvement of late.
