Honk honk! The Rangers' rotation is a clown car of comeback stories

SURPRISE, Ariz. -- The clown car that is the Rangers' rotation spilled out another candidate Thursday afternoon, and lo and behold if it wasn't Bartolo Colon -- listed at 285 pounds and 44 years young.

In any other spring camp, Colon would be considered a long shot. With the Rangers? Can you say No. 3 starter? That's probably a tad optimistic for the portly gentleman, but if you have a handle on this club's rotation, you're way ahead of the curve.

We're only a week into exhibition games, and look what manager Jeff Banister has either chosen to or been forced to send to the mound as starters the last five days:
