HOF Poll: Jimmy Rollins

Related Topics: James A Rollins, BBWAA

The Baseball Writers Association of America has released the ballot for the 2025 Baseball Hall of Fame voting, so we are doing polls on the players on the list.

Today is shortstop Jimmy Rollins.

Jimmy Rollins was the Philadelphia Phillies’ second round draft pick in the 1996 MLB Draft, and spent almost his entire career with the Phillies. Rollins had a cup of coffee with the Phillies in 2000, became the team’s starting shortstop in 2001, and held that job for the next fourteen years. With the Phillies rebuilding in the mid-2010s, Rollins was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers prior to the 2015 season, and spent 2015 as their shortstop.
