With spring training approaching, more and more attention is being paid to free agents still out there who haven’t yet signed, and teams that still need to fill some holes. Jon Heyman sent out a tweet this morning that caught my eye, seemingly identifying a whole lot of quality starting pitching options who are currently unsigned:
