Harrison starts rehab assignment

ARLINGTON -- Rangers pitcher Matt Harrison made his first start on medical rehabilitation assignment Wednesday. Neftali Feliz could join him soon.

Feliz, who has been on the disabled list since May 20 with an abscess in his right side, is scheduled to throw in the bullpen on Thursday. If that goes well, the next step could be a medical rehabilitation assignment in the Minors.

Harrison began his assignment on Wednesday by throwing five innings for Triple-A Round Rock against Reno. Harrison allowed two runs on five hits and a walk while striking out four.
