ARLINGTON -- Rangers left fielder Joey Gallo homered off Indians reliever Cody Allen with two outs in the ninth inning to tie the game at 8-8 on Friday at Globe Life Park.
The homer was the second on the night for Gallo, who now has 24 on the season. He took new Indians reliever Brad Hand deep for a two-run shot in the seventh inning. It's the sixth multi-homer game of his career and second this season.
According to Statcast™, the ball traveled 472 feet and landed in the upper deck of right field.
