For the moment, anyway, put aside your antipathy for Jon Daniels and focus on why finding a new manager isn't as important as everyone leads you to believe.
Because if it is, why did the likes of Rocco Baldelli and David Bell and Charlie Montoyo and Brad Ausmus just fill four vacancies?
And why do Joe Girardi and Mike Scioscia and John Farrell -- each with more World Series titles than all of the above combined -- remain unemployed?
