The Anaheim Angels have acquired outfielder David Murphy from the Cleveland Indians and outfielder David DeJesus from the Tampa Bay Rays, according to multiple reports on Twitter.
The Angels have had a hole in left field all season, due to the absence (and then trade) of Josh Hamilton. Matt Joyce has been unproductive this year and just was placed on the concussion disabled list, and Mike Trout is missing today's game against the Rangers after hurting his wrist yesterday a couple of days ago.
The Angels also acquired Shane Victorino from the Boston Red Sox yesterday, meaning they've now added three new outfielders in roughly 24 hours.
