The results of the 74th annual BBWAA Hall of Fame election are in, and four players will be enshrined in Cooperstown, N.Y., on July 29 as part of the Class of 2018: Chipper Jones, Vladimir Guerrero, Trevor Hoffman and Jim Thome.
