Despaigne, who was acquired from the Marlins Tuesday, will make his Angels debut and his first start in the Majors since March 31. He will likely be limited to 75 to 80 pitches. Despaigne will be the 14th pitcher to start for the Angels this season.
Hutchison will make his third start for Texas since being signed as a free agent. He faced the Yanks on Saturday and allowed three runs in 5 1/3 innings. It was a step up from his previous start vs. the O's, when he allowed six runs in three frames.
