It is Abreu's third career weekly honor (last coming August 2) and Fielder's sixth (last on April 4, 2013, with the Tigers).
Abreu is the first player in White Sox history to record 25 homers and 30 doubles in each of his first two seasons, and he's on pace to join Albert Pujols as the only other player in MLB history with 30-plus homers and 100-plus RBIs in his first two seasons.
