48-42 - With Odor blast, Rangers salvage first half finale win in Minnesota

Today’s game was kind of like the first half as a whole for the Texas Rangers. It was frustrating at times and yet, the Rangers never relented. Joey Gallo did a little bit of everything (contrary to what folks have been told of his skillset) with his loud tools. And in the end — thanks this time to a Rougned Odor oppo three-run blast in the 11th inning — the Rangers surprised a team they weren’t favored to beat.

The Rangers have done that more often than not in the first half this season and it’s been a good time.
