37-67 - Rangers close out July with 5-4 walk-off win over Mariners in extras

The Texas Rangers scored five runs and the Seattle Mariners scored only four runs in 10 innings.

July was terrible for Texas as they finish the month 6-18, but they ended things on a bright note with a walk-off win over the hated Mariners in extras.

If the Rangers are going to win games, they might as well come on big nights from players they’ll be counting on to become a good baseball team again. Jonah Heim seems like he could be one of those players.

Player of the Game: Heim is one of those scant few Rangers left that will keep pumping us with hopium over the rest of the summer and tonight he hit two, two-run dingers (third of the series) with the second one being the walk-off winner.
