The Texas Rangers scored two runs but the Seattle Mariners scored three runs.
The Rangers got two, two-out first inning runs on the board tonight and it looked like they were in good shape to continue their success on this road trip following a surprising series win against the Dodgers.
However, a half inning later, and the game was 2-2 as Mitch Garver reminded the Rangers of what they’ve been missing with a two-out, two-run home run that immediately erased Texas’ lead. Two innings later, the M’s scored their third run which proved to be the final run by either team as they both kind of lived up to their season trends of being flaccid at the plate.
