As we wait for spring training to start, I thought I might run some polls regarding some of the guys on the Hall of Fame ballot this year.
Today we are looking at center fielder Carlos Beltran.
Carlos Beltran had a 20 year major league career, spending the majority of his time with the Kansas City Royals and the New York Mets, while also spending time with the New York Yankees, the Texas Rangers, the San Francisco Giants, the St. Louis Cardinals, and, of course, the Houston Astros.
Beltran has impressive counting numbers, with 2,725 career hits, 435 career home runs, and 312 career stolen bases (with an 86% success rate).
