The Dallas Wings announced they have signed former Texas Longhorns guard Brooke McCarty-Williams on Tuesday.
The 5-4 guard spent training camp with new Wings coach Brian Agler's Los Angeles Sparks prior to the 2018 season. She currently averages 17.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and two steals per game playing for Peli-Karhut of the Finnish Korisliiga.
"Brooke had a very good training camp last year and she is a player who impressed Coach Agler," Wings President and CEO Greg Bibb said in the team's release. "We are going to have a very competitive training camp at the point guard position and Brooke is one of several players we will have vying for a roster spot.
