What current and former Longhorns had to say following the FBI's documents alleging players were paid

The ripples of the federal government investigation into college basketball have now impacted Texas.

Guard Eric Davis Jr. was listed as having received $1,500 from an agent's representative in documents obtained by Yahoo! Sports. Texas announced late Friday afternoon that Davis would be withheld from games beginning Saturday with Oklahoma State as the school assesses the allegation.

Former Texas center Prince Ibeh was also among those who allegedly received impermissible benefits in violation of NCAA rules, according to Yahoo!

Citing documents obtained in discovery as part of the FBI investigation, the report lists more than 25 players from over a dozen schools that are linked to impermissible benefits.
