Honor roll recognizes those student-athletes who register a 3.0 or better grade point average for the previous semester.
AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas placed a total of 263 student-athletes on the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll for outstanding academic achievement in the Spring 2017 semester. In addition, 26 UT student-athletes registered a perfect 4.0 grade point average in the spring.
Rowing led the way for the Longhorns with 37 student-athletes on the honor roll, while Football placed 34 on the list. Women's Track and Field was represented by 30 student-athletes, while Men's Track and Field had 28 selections.
