Unlike past big wins under Charlie Strong, Notre Dame upset has chance to resonate louder, longer for Texas

AUSTIN -- Even with all the struggles under Charlie Strong, Texas has managed big wins.

Last season, No. 10 Oklahoma and No. 12 Baylor each fell to the Longhorns. As a potential program turnaround, Sunday's win over No. 10 Notre Dame has a chance to resonate louder and longer.
