Texas completed its first practice in full pads on Tuesday
The Texas football team completed its first practice in full pads with a two-hour workout Tuesday evening at Frank Denius Fields.
The Longhorns, who were on the practice field for the fifth time of the preseason, went through 24 periods of individual and team instruction, including an intense 3-on-3 drill.

Following the practice, head coach Charlie Strong and several players met with the media.
