AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas Track and Field program climbed in both sets of national rankings from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Monday, moving up one spot to No. 4 on the women's side and two spots to No. 9 in the men's rankings. Texas is one of six schools with both its men's and women's programs both currently ranked in the USTFCCCA's top 10.
The UT women have held a spot in the top five throughout the year, and moved back up to No. 4 – switching places with USC for the second-straight week – after a strong showing at the Charlie Thomas Invitational last Saturday.
