A Texas Longhorns are now one significant step closer to potentially landing an elite legacy prospect.
On Wednesday evening, 2021 Fort Worth All Saints Episcopal offensive tackle Tommy Brockermeyer listed the Longhorns among his top five, along with some of college football’s premier program’s in Clemson, Alabama, LSU, and Auburn.
Michigan, Baylor, Florida, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, and Stanford are among the 17 programs that didn’t survive Brockermeyer’s initial list cut.
The son of former Longhorns an NFL offensive tackle Blake Brockermeyer, Tommy has been a mainstay on the Forty Acres throughout his recruitment, which is to be expected given his status as an elite in-state legacy prospect.
