The offensive skill continues to pour in for the Texas Longhorns as four-star wide receiver Evan Stewart announced his commitment via Twitter on Thursday evening.
The 6-0, 175-pound receiver from Liberty Frisco is one of the most-coveted players in the country, coming in as the No. 5 receiver and No. 40 player overall, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. Stewart held offers from 35 schools, including Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Texas A&M. He announced on January 10 that his recruitment was still open, but then just over three weeks later said he was shutting it down.
