Texas Football is undergoing a new era under head coach Tom Herman. He was hired last November, and immediately went to work on reestablishing the formerly-dynamic program that has slipped over the past three years.
Part of this revamping has included the team locker room, which is undergoing a drastic transformation. The old area got destroyed, and is in the process of becoming something unlike anything seen in college football. New lockers were introduced, which will each have 43″ monitors to identify whose it is, instead of the nameplates (it cost $10,500 per locker). It’s a remarkable sight to see, and could be the future of locker rooms in sports.
