The Longhorns jumped out to a 15-5 lead in the first half and was able to keep they foot on the gas in the first half as they took a 31-22 lead into half. But Oklahoma was able to fight its way back into the game with a quick second-half run. The Sooners battled back and forth throughout the early moments of the second half and were able to tie the game midway through the half.
