Ruston (La.) cornerback Aidan Anding committed to the LSU Tigers on Saturday over the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Texas Longhorns in a ceremony at his high school.
With the pledge of the consensus three-star prospect, LSU served notice of its in-state dominion once again, days after defensive backs coach Corey Raymond flipped Fort Bend Hightower defensive back Kade Phillips from Texas, leaving the Longhorns with only one commitment in the secondary.
Texas offered the 5’11, 165-pounder in late March and hosted him days later on an unofficial visit for the program’s big recruiting event.
