It’s a rarity for Green Bay to select a wide receiver in the first round — the last time was in 2002. It’s also a rarity for Texas to have three players picked in the first round. In fact, Thursday marked the second time in school history as Golden, offensive tackle Kelvin Banks, and cornerback Jahdae Barron all came off the board in the first 23 picks.
