The reference here, of course, is the tiniest scandal in the history of college sports, which resulted in Texas athletics director Chris Del Conte publicly explaining that he values putting Longhorns students close to the field more than he values giving opposing bands some of the best seats in Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.
