Eleven players scored for the Texas Longhorns and eight reached doubled digits in a 121-57 win over the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions at the Moody Center on Sunday, led by 20 points from freshman forward Nic Codie, who had scored four points in 30 minutes this season, all against the New Mexico State Aggies on Thursday.
The 6’8, 200-pounder from Dallas has played sparingly to start the season because of his rehabilitation from the knee injury that ended his high school career, but showed some bounce with a blocked shot followed by a transition slam on the other end of the court
