When the Texas Longhorns make the trip to Manhattan on Saturday to face off against the Kansas State Wildcats, freshman safety BJ Foster will not be with the team due a concussion that he suffered this week in practice.
However, head coach Tom Herman did say following Thursday’s practice that junior center Zach Shackelford will return to action after missing the last three games with a foot sprain, but may not start. Freshman running back Keaontay Ingram will also be available after suffering a hip pointer against TCU that compounded his injury issues — Ingram suffered a deep bone bruise in his knee against Tulsa and missed the USC game.
