For the first time since pausing all team activities on Sunday to conduct more testing, the Texas Longhorns will resume limited outdoor team activities with appropriate precautions on Wednesday, the school announced.
Three positive tests among players and two positive tests on the coaching staff caused the Longhorns to pause team activities on Sunday for the first time this season. Since then, the school hasn’t released any results from subsequent testing this week, but Chip Brown at Horns247 did report on Tuesday that there were three more positive tests on the team — two players and a graduate assistant coach.
