Nine days after Texas Longhorns running back signee Derrian Brown was hospitalized due to an undisclosed medical situation, the Buford standout has made significant strides in his recovery.
On Wednesday, head coach Tom Herman said that Brown was removed from a ventilator and moving all his extremities as doctors conducted further tests to determine his ailment. The following day, his mother posted on Caring Bridge that her son was walking. On Sunday, she provided another significant update:
