AUSTIN -- The Longhorns have already battled their share of injuries through three games, but things are looking positive for a few notable players heading into Saturday's Big 12 opener with No. 17 TCU.
Texas coach Tom Herman said following Thursday's practice that freshman running back Keaontay Ingram, who missed last week with an MCL sprain and a bone bruise, is likely to play on Saturday but unsure how much.
"Keaontay looked good today. We're gonna see how sore it is tonight," Herman said. "Chances are good, but I don't want to say 100 percent.
"It was a bone bruise.
