AUSTIN -- For the second time this season, Texas sophomore quarterback Sam Ehlinger was forced to exit a game due to injury.
Texas announced Ehlinger is questionable to return to Saturday night's Iowa State game with a shoulder injury and is still being evaluated.
Ehlinger was shaken up on a 13-yard run in the red zone right before the end of the first half. Ehlinger appeared to take a pretty good lick to his right shoulder.
The sophomore quarterback injured the same shoulder earlier in the season, when he suffered a grade one AC sprain on the first drive of Texas' 23-17 win over Baylor last month.
