The Texas Longhorns aren’t limiting their recruiting interests to just the continental United States.
On Friday, Tom Herman and his staff extended their latest offer to Maninoa Tufono, an elite inside linebacker prospect out of Honolulu (Hawaii) Punahou.

With Texas in the mix, Tufono now holds 22 offers from various programs around the nation, including Oregon, USC, Washington, UCLA, Notre Dame, Nebraska and Florida, among others.
