The 2019 NCAA Division I men’s golf regional tournament sites were announced last night and Austin was listed as one of the six hosting regional championship sites. Along with the No. 6 Texas Longhorns, the defending champion Oklahoma State Cowboys, Oklahoma Sooners, Arizona State Sun Devils, Wake Forest Demon Deacons, and Vanderbilt Commodores earned the top overall seeds in this year’s tournament.
Surprisingly, Texas is the only program among the six that will host a Regional at its home golf course.
The Longhorns will host the 54-hole NCAA Regional at the UT Golf Club on Monday, May 13 through Wednesday, May 15.
