Simply put, the Texas Longhorns got taken to the woodshed by TCU today.
We could go on and on about the Horns poor play on the field, but unfortunately, something far more disturbing took place at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
After a horrendous first half where special teams mistakes and mental meltdowns galore plagued the Longhorns, you’d think every player would be angry with the result heading into the locker room at halftime.
Not Kris Boyd, though.
The freshman cornerback decided to not only spend halftime on his phone, but even worse, retweeting a plea from a Texas A&M fan for him to transfer to College Station with freshman linebacker Malik Jefferson.
