The Texas Longhorns are in danger of losing the team’s leading tackler from the 2020 season after senior linebacker Juwan Mitchell entered the NCAA transfer portal on Wednesday for the second time in 14 months, according to multiple reports.
Last year, Mitchell spent several days in the transfer portal before removing his name and staying with the Longhorns.
After remaining on the Forty Acres, Mitchell lost some weight and turned in a strong season, starting eight of 10 games at middle linebacker and leading the team in tackles with 62 stops, along with 4.
