The second-ranked Texas volleyball team defeated Big 12 rival Oklahoma in four sets (22-25, 25-20, 25-13, 25-18) Sunday afternoon at Gregory Gym.
Texas senior Amy Neal had 20 kills as the Longhorns hit .331 for the match. It was the fifth straight match that Texas has hit above .300. Texas freshman Morgan Johnson led the Longhorns with a career-high hitting percentage of .833.
UT’s Chiaka Ogbogu added 12 kills with 10 blocks and Paulina Prieto Cerame slapped down 10 kills.
Texas (15-1) improved to 5-0 in conference play, Oklahoma (7-10) dropped to 1-4 in Big 12 play.
