AUSTIN -- Texas sophomore quarterback Sam Ehlinger is "doing well" and continues to practice, offensive coordinator Tim Beck said following Wednesday's practice.
Ehlinger, who's been nursing a first-degree AC joint sprain in his right shoulder suffered against Baylor on Oct. 13, has ratcheted up his throwing this week. Tuesday was the first time since the injury that Ehlinger threw in full pads.
Beck said Wednesday that Ehlinger has taken reps with the first team in practice. There's still no decision yet on if he'll play Saturday against Oklahoma State, though. That could come as early as Thursday.
