Texas freshman Jarrett Allen will test the NBA draft waters, sources told ESPN.
Allen does not plan on signing with an agent yet. He has until June 12 to withdraw his name and return to Texas for his sophomore season.
Allen, a 6-foot-11 center, averaged 13.4 points and 8.4 rebounds in his first season with the Longhorns. He came on strong down the stretch of the season, going for 20 points and 11 rebounds against Kansas and 20 points and nine rebounds against Baylor.
Allen is No. 16 on Chad Ford's latest Big Board.
